The design of all ovens can be customized,Marana Forni in 2020 has undertaken a Corporate Sustainability Project, even if since 1992 it has always operated in respect of the Environment using high quality materials, to limit fuel consumption and energy waste, with characteristics that allow the correct waste disposal management. In 2012, photovoltaic panels were installed on the roof of the factory in Verona producing electricity: in 2020, 93% of the company’s energy consumption was self-generated.

In 1992 Marana Ferdinando revolutionized the restaurant world by patenting the first rotary oven for a pizzeria.
